□Be sure to have your address changed in your alien registration card within 14 days at the City Hall

□Have the address in your National Health Insurance card changed at the City Hall, National Insurance and Pension Department （☎079-552-1111）.
＊ If you submit a change in address postcard to the post office, your mail will be forwarded to your new address.
