●Vaccination/Inoculation of Babies and Children

□ At every Municipal Office/City Hall National Insurance and Pension Department or ward/branch office 
(except the Tannan branch office), Tannan Health and Welfare Center.
□ Depending on the physician, a pregnancy notice or pregnancy communication may be necessary.
* The Maternal and Child Health Handbook with English, Portuguese, Tagalog and Japanese entries, and English and Portuguese editions are available only at the Tannan Health and Welfare Center.
